- Three stage sanitation for food handlers in the ready to consume product
area.
- Separate drain lines from each production area to the effluent treatment
plant.
- Separate water reticulation systems for production and cleaning.
- Positive air pressure directs air flow in factory from highly sensitive
areas to less sensitive areas: highest pressure in sliced packs production
room > lowest in raw products area.
- Air supplied to the production areas is filtered twice.
- One-way smokehouses load raw products at one end and unload cooked products
at the other.
- In-house laboratory equipped with latest testing equipment and operated
by fully qualified technologists.
- All packaging materials are removed from original outer wrapping and pallets
before being transferred to ready-to-consume product area.
