Personal information is any information about you where your identity is apparent, or can reasonably be ascertained, from the information.
In addition, you agree that if you disclose your personal information to us, we may create a database record of information about you and use the information for marketing purposes and to notify you of any prizes being awarded to you. Primo may collect personal information as a result of a consumer contacting our Consumer Contact Centre or by writing to us or by visiting our website.
The personal information that Primo collects may include such things as name, address and telephone number. It may be collected for a variety of reasons including:

(b) to research, develop, administer, protect and improve our products or services;
(c) to administer email, post or SMS communications only when explicitly requested by you;

(e) to respond to you when you request information or as part of a request to be included in our updates list.
Any personal information which Primo does collect is used for internal purposes and will not be sold or provided to any third parties without your consent except:

Cookies are pieces of information that a site sends to your computer's hard disk when you access information on that site.
